By accessing or using the KALI website (getkali.io) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KALI Inc. ("KALI," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

KALI provides a managed cold calendar invite outreach service. We send personalized calendar invites to prospects on behalf of our customers. Our service includes prospect list ingestion, personalized invite copy generation, calendar invite delivery to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, and performance reporting. The specific features and limitations of the service depend on the plan selected by the customer.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send calendar invites that contain deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Upload prospect lists that contain purchased or scraped data without proper consent
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent
• Use the service to send invites that promote illegal products or services

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service.
