What a connected workspace does after someone accepts a meeting invite.

  • Calendar campaigns. KALI sends meeting invites to prospects and tracks who accepts.
  • Show-up sequences. After someone accepts, follow-up email goes out from the Google Workspace or Outlook mailbox your team connected, so a reply lands in that inbox.
  • Reply stop. A real reply from the prospect stops the rest of that sequence. Automatic out-of-office replies do not.
  • Human approval. Optional. When it is on, AI-written follow-ups wait in KALI until someone approves them. It is off until you turn it on. The switch is under Show-Up Sequences, Human approval.
