Getting started
Quickstart
Follow-up email is sent from a mailbox your team connects. Google Workspace is authorized once for the domain. Outlook is authorized by each person.
Connect Google
- A super admin of your Google Workspace domain opens Domain-wide delegation.
- They add client ID
105974321967114898365and the permission list on the Google permissions page. - Your account manager binds the domain to your workspace, then the mailboxes that should send can be connected.
- Each sending mailbox gets its email signature in KALI.
To connect only your own Google Calendar, and not the domain, use Calendar Connections in the app and accept the calendar permissions on the Google screen. That sign-in does not read Gmail.
Connect Outlook
- Open the KALI invite from your account manager and sign in.
- In the left menu, open Reminders, then Show-Up Sequences.
- Open Sending inbox and click Connect Outlook.
- Sign in with the work account that should send the follow-ups, and accept the Microsoft permissions.
- Add that mailbox’s email signature on the same page.
Before anything sends
Sequences stay off until a signature is saved and the Show-up sequences switch is turned on. The permission reviews are in Google Workspace and Outlook.
