KALI connects to Google Workspace and to Microsoft 365. Each connection is a separate app, with its own consent and its own way to revoke it.

Use the review that matches the inbox your team will send from.

Google Workspace. A super admin authorizes KALI’s service account once for the domain. KALI then sends calendar invites and follow-ups as those mailboxes. Client ID 105974321967114898365.
Outlook. Each person signs in with their own Microsoft 365 account. KALI sends follow-ups from that mailbox. Client ID 03477409-6ad4-44b8-a91c-4b1a6217c82e.

A person can also connect only their own Google Calendar, without the domain-wide grant. That sign-in does not read Gmail. The permissions are on the Google permissions page.
